01About Sleepmonk

Sleepmonk Industries LLP offers mattresses, pillows and related sleep products, including products that may be available in different sizes, thicknesses, comfort levels, constructions and customised configurations.

02Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order through our website. By submitting an order, you confirm that the information provided by you is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

03Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, materials, photographs and pricing displayed on our website are accurate. However:

• colours may appear differently depending on your screen or lighting;
• photographs are illustrative and room styling or accessories may not form part of the product;
• mattresses and textile products may have reasonable manufacturing variations;
• dimensions and specifications should be read together with the information displayed on the relevant product page; and
• comfort and firmness are subjective experiences and may vary between individuals.

The specifications confirmed in your order will govern your purchase.

04Customised Products

Certain Sleepmonk products may be manufactured in customised sizes, shapes or configurations. You are responsible for checking measurements and specifications before confirming a customised order.

Because customised products are manufactured specifically for an individual order, different cancellation, modification, return or replacement conditions may apply. Any such restriction will be communicated through the relevant product, checkout or policy information applicable to the order.

05Pricing and Taxes

Prices displayed on the website will be shown in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, delivery charges or other fees will be displayed where relevant before completion of your order.

Sleepmonk may change prices or promotional offers prospectively. A price change will not ordinarily alter an already accepted and paid order unless required because of an obvious pricing or technical error.

06Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of an order. We may need to verify payment, availability, delivery location or customisation details before accepting it.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:

• incorrect pricing or product information;
• suspected fraud or unauthorised payment;
• product unavailability;
• inability to service the delivery location;
• technical error; or
• breach of these Terms.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, the applicable amount will be refunded using an appropriate payment method.

07Payments

Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers. Your transaction may therefore also be subject to the payment provider's terms and security procedures. Sleepmonk is not responsible for failures originating solely from your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, payment gateway or another independent payment service, although we will reasonably assist with payment-related order issues.

08Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines shown on the website or communicated after purchase are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery may be affected by product customisation, manufacturing schedules, destination, logistics availability, weather, public events, government restrictions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing an accurate and accessible delivery address and appropriate contact information. Please inspect the shipment at or promptly after delivery and contact us within the period stated in the applicable delivery, return or replacement policy if you notice transit damage, an incorrect product or missing items.

09Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Cancellation, return, replacement and refund eligibility will be governed by the policy applicable to the product at the time of purchase. Products manufactured to customised measurements or specifications may have different eligibility from standard-size products. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights available to a consumer under applicable Indian law.

10Warranty

Products may carry warranties as specified on the respective product page, invoice, warranty card or applicable warranty policy. Warranty periods and coverage may differ between products.

Unless expressly stated, a warranty does not cover issues arising from misuse, improper handling, unsuitable support surfaces, accidental damage, unauthorised alteration, normal wear and tear or failure to follow product-care instructions, to the extent such exclusions are permitted by law. No warranty, trial period or replacement benefit should be assumed unless expressly stated as applicable to the product purchased.

11Offers and Promotional Codes

Promotions may be subject to separate eligibility conditions, validity periods and exclusions. Unless stated otherwise:

• promotions cannot be exchanged for cash;
• promotional benefits may not be combinable; and
• Sleepmonk may withdraw or correct an offer affected by fraud, abuse or a genuine technical or publishing error.

12Product Care and Use

Customers should follow any care, cleaning, handling, foundation and usage instructions supplied with a product. Mattress feel and suitability may depend on personal sleeping habits, body characteristics, bed foundation and other individual factors. Sleepmonk products are consumer sleep products and statements regarding comfort, posture, support or sleep quality should not be interpreted as medical diagnosis or treatment.

13Website Use

You agree not to:

• misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website;
• introduce malware or harmful code;
• scrape or systematically extract website content without authorisation;
• use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity;
• impersonate another person; or
• infringe Sleepmonk's or another person's intellectual-property rights.

14Intellectual Property

The Sleepmonk name, logos, product names, website design, photographs, graphics, written content and other materials owned by Sleepmonk are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No content may be reproduced, modified, distributed, commercially exploited or used to suggest an association with Sleepmonk without prior permission, except where permitted by law.

15Customer Reviews and Submitted Content

Where you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, testimonial or other content for publication, you confirm that:

• you have the right to provide it;
• it does not infringe another person's rights; and
• it is not unlawful, misleading or abusive.

Where Sleepmonk wishes to use customer content beyond the context in which it was submitted, appropriate permission will be obtained where required.

16Third-Party Services

The website may integrate or link to third-party payment, logistics, social-media or other services. Sleepmonk is not responsible for independent third-party websites or services outside our control.

17Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits statutory rights available to consumers. To the extent permitted by law, Sleepmonk will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of the website or products where such loss was not reasonably foreseeable.

18Force Majeure

Sleepmonk will not be liable for delay or failure caused by circumstances reasonably beyond its control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fire, epidemic, governmental action, transport disruption, labour disruption, telecommunications failure or interruption of essential services. We will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and fulfil affected orders.

19Privacy

Personal information collected through the website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.

22Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms prospectively from time to time. The Terms applicable to a purchase will ordinarily be those in effect when the relevant order was placed, except where a change is required by law.
